The CEGC takes place at the beginning of each year in Vienna, Austria. It is a volunteer-driven project, the core of which is made up of Vienna based non profit organisation Games Austria alongside many other industry representatives from around Central Europe.
Over 300 attendees from across the world attended the first edition of CEGC, back in February 2015. In 2016, the program is looking to establish itself as a major meeting hub for game developers in the region, expanding it’s program to up to five days of talks, workshops, game jamming and networking opportunities.
