The Level Up! program ran from 2008 until 2013 and was aimed at young and future talents in the games industry. Through the program, students were stimulated to obtain a game education. Moreover, the participating parties maintained close contact with educational programs and the industry to ensure an optimal connection between theory and practice.

Thanks to Level Up!, enterprising students could apply for grants for conferences, international internships, and exchange programs. It also offered the possibility to receive hardware and software on long-term loan for personal and professional use. Additionally, networking meetings provided a place for sharing knowledge and finding internships. For high school students, Level Up! organized appealing workshops and challenging projects, such as the Make-a-Game Day.
