Event Details

Visit the VR Days on November 6th and participate in the Pressure Cooker Brainstorm, a program where creatives from all disciplines can meet and work together to bring VR to the next level.

Virtual Reality is booming, but we all are far from knowing what the full potential of this new medium could be in relation to storytelling and the creation of meaningful experiences.
Are you a creative innovator, designer and/or VR visionary coming from theatre, film, games or other relevant fields of expertise? Then take part in this special pressure cooker brainstorm session and bring Virtual Reality to the next level!

Check out the full program here.
In this pressure cooker brainstorm you are challenged to design a concept for an interactive mixed reality experience. At the end of the day you’ll present your concept to a panel of international experts, including Tobey Coffey (National Theatre, Immersive Storytelling Studio) and Steye Hallema (WildVreemd).

The program of the pressure cooker brainstorm will consist of presentations from inspirational speakers and demonstrations of artistic case studies, structured brainstorm sessions in interdisciplinary teams and feedback sessions. At the end of the day each group will pitch its concept to a panel of experts and a general audience.
The program starts at 11:00 and ends at 17:00, with drinks from 17:00 onward. Costs (including lunch, drinks and the inspirational program): €39 / €24 for students. Want to join the pressure cooker brainstorm? Send an email with your background and short motivation to
