Mark Overmars Mark Overmars is professor in Computer Science at Utrecht University and scientific director of the gaming research project GATE (see http://gate.gameresearch.nl). He also is the developer of Game Maker, a package for easy game creation (http://www.gamemaker.nl) and co-director of the company YoYo Games (http://www.yoyogames.com) that offers a web 2.0 environment for amateur game developers.
