Viktor Wijnen
The educational roots of Viktor Wijnen (32) lay in the field of industrial management and social psychology. His yearning for a broad and integral understanding of how things work was furthered by different positions he held in the past. After working at several companies, a University, a local and regional political party he could finally integrate this knowledge when he started working at the Taskforce Innovation Utrecht Region.
Here he worked for nearly three years as project leader (Serious) Games. In this position he was continuously synchronizing the different needs and goals of game-developers, -educators, -researchers and governmental departments in order to utilize the full potential of the game industry. After successfully supporting and founding different initiatives he is now working as the managing director for the Dutch Game Garden (DGG).
