Dutch Game Industry

The Dutch Game Garden wants to accelerate the growth of the Dutch game industry both nationally and internationally and provides wide-ranging support for starting and established game developers that are located in the Netherlands.

How do we do this?

Through our Game Development Club we stimulate students of the various game design, media, arts and programming courses at the universities and schools in the Netherlands to collaborate together on joint projects. We provide them with places to work, tools and software, but we also set-up international competitions for them to enter, events and organize all kinds of activities.

Through our Game Incubator we help young entrepreneurs with setting up their game development studios or game related businesses. We provide training in entrepreneurship and coaching. We help with housing, tools and a network of technical, financial and legal experts. Basically we can assist in everything game companies need. Through the large international network of Dutch Game Garden we can also help in doing business internationally.

In our Game Development Business Centers we provide top-class facilities for existing and growing game companies in the Netherlands with the aim of creating true gaming hotspots with access to other important companies, world class research institutes, universities and schools.
